Property Refurbishment


Some landlords allow their rental investments to depreciate to such an extent that refurbishment is needed in the form of a new bathroom/kitchen/major redecoration work.


Potential landlords may see letting potential in a run-down property for sale but lack the time, experience or will try to carry out the required renovation work themselves.


A landlord may want to convert part of their own property into a rental space but prefer that someone else organises the necessary conversion work.


We can simply advise on necessary work for a set fee of £150 plus VAT,  or organise an entire project within a pre-agreed budget for 10% of the cost of the work.
